Thanks for the link there TFC however the description given fails to mention that the plumb bob must be performed whilst straddling the woman from above and dropping the tackle in a downward vertical motion. This is not normally achievable by any one under the age of 40 ish as younger stiffies just won't go in that direction :)

Can you provide pictures or a link to some film? Not for me, of course. The wife was just asking.

Can someone explain the Seahawks/Pack OT to me please? From what I gathered, if the Seahwaks scored a TD, they won, which they did - but had they have just got good field position and kicked a FG, the Packers would've had a possession to try and score?

Not sure what you want explaining you are correct each team must have a chance of possession unless the opening drive results in a Touchdown.

Seahawks TD = Seahawks Win
Seahawks FG followed by Packers TD = Packers Win
Seahawks FG followed by Packers FG = Keep playing until next scoring play be it FG or TD or a safety.
Seahawks FG followed by Packers no score = Seahawks Win
Seahawks no score followed by Packers TD = Packers Win
Seahawks no score followed by Packers FG = Packers Win
Packers force safety on opening drive = Packers Win

Just seems a little harsh - makes the coin toss in OT very important!

EDIT: Tbh it's the Pack's own fault, they had 2 early possessions where they kicked a FG from the 1 yard line, just one of those converted into a TD instead would've changed the game.

lmao! Ironic that the only plumb bobbing was done by the Pats, must be because Belichick is up there in age... :D

Hopefully Pete Carroll can bend his tackle in the necessary direction in a couple of weeks, would hate to see the rags of American footy (IMO....mostly cos of their wanker of a coach) lift the superbowl.

Why don't the receiving just run away from the ball when the opposition try an onside kick? Why contest it, knowing that if your player touches it and then the opponents recover the ball they lose possession? Is there any that a receiving team can lose possession of the ball if one of their players doesn't touch it?
