We also have Debdale Park and the reservoirs, the largest beauty spot for miles around. The people are of the what you see is what you get type, not the false types, who live in semi detached enclaves and spend there lives looking down on everybody else. The biggest problem has been the siting of the tesco store, which has made the traffic a nightmare, all bus services have to pass the store, this was on tesco`s terms. So the 53 now has to go up Gorton lane past the tesco to get to belle vue. Instead of sraight up belle vue street. Twats.
 
East Anglia - (East Essex, Suffolk , Cambridge) Norfolk is also nice but a bit far to travel to most places.


The weather is better than further North, not too far from London and certainly not as expensive as the same distance West or South of London.

Great beaches and not too packed population wise, some very good schools.

Worth a look.
