Yawn.Thank you Mr Boring.I know as many others know that a contract was rejected by Nige.

What does that have to do with the price of fish?? Who is disputing that exactly? Making things up as you go along.

You are however saying you know who sat in with De Jong - unless you were there or have insider knowledge you don't. So which is it - you know nothing but claim to or you know something but won't divulge? See if you can answer a simple question for a change.
I know someone that was party to the talks and Nigel did reject a number of offers.

As is his right I may add.

Well thank you SWP !!

First off I am a fan of Nigel but the way he is being made out to be an important and major part of our team is frankly ridiculous. I have seen quotes from blues that he was a 'settled team member' and it is just wrong. He is in danger of leaving here with a better reputation than he deserved. He is not a Kompany, Yaya, Silva or Aguero. Nigel was a squad player, not a first team regular and could even be considered almost as Barry's understudy when Barry was fit. He was not a key member of that championship winning team but was asked to do a job when required. He played 14 times in the league last season and that figure is probably skewed in his favour by the appearances made in Yaya's absence in January. I will be sad to see him leave but will also be extremely disappointed if he is seen as a City great. An important member of our squad but not our first choice team.

I couldnt agree more, a good player for City but nothing more..

He has desire and can tackle but that is it, even the desire started to fade last year as i thought he was very ordinary in the first part of the season..

I think the reason he has gone cheap is because he wants big money, Milan are perpared to pay him what he wants but that means me have to take a low fee..

Nobody else seems interested so its probabily best if City take the money as its better than nothing and they also save on a seasons wages.

Still no answer? Where have I said he didnt get a contract offer? I have asked you on numerous occasions WHO sat in with him as you are making out you know. You have yet to give an answer. Why you think SWP saying he was offered a contract vindicates you I dont know as there is no disagreement that he rejected a contract.

Absolutely gutted. Mancini has gone down loads in my estimation. He doesn't seem able to try and persuade players to stay. Don't give me Tevez as that was down to the Argentine being unable to find anyone able to afford him.

Absolute rubbish !! NDJ knew the score ref his contract. He told one and all that he wasn`t signing the one that had been offered,so what the fuck has this got to do with Roberto ???
And before you start ref my thoughts on Nige as a player, read the other thread on Nige and see my reaction to this deal.

See what I mean SWP.I answered another poster and this guy turns it upside down as he`s getting his arse kicked and squats in a corner aimlesly punching at fresh air.

Oakiecokie believes De Jongs involvement with Kia (not as an agent but as an advisor) has had no baring on him leaving and believes Kia merely offered De Jong advice for free.

And the irony is,you believe Kia charged both NDJ and Nedum for his services, without any foundation.
Bbbbbbbbbbwwwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Mine is guesswork based on the fact advisors dont usually give advice for nothing. However because you also guess he didnt charge for his services that your opinion is correct and you will have no one debate otherwise without resorting to childlike insults. Neither of us know but you won't have anyone dispute what you believe.
