Nightmare with Mancini

1Yeah a real slagging - saying a player could or should do better
2 Did blame himself on numerous occaisions
3 it's not the players Job to handle the press it's the managers
4 there were occaisions when it did work - but we'll gloss over those - and anyway no manager gets it right all the time - if you expect that we'll be changing managers as often as er er Man City!

Your precious baby has been sacked, so get over it. If you cannot do that, then please remember that there is no requirement that you remain a City supporter.

Yeah great reply - nice mature debating

From what I have heard from people I know that work at the club and training centre is that he was a very determined man who let no one stand in his way but he was also a cock to people and you wouldn't want to work with him or him be your boss.

Unfortunately that was his downfall at our club.

Whatever reason the Inners can come up with.....we were quite simply playing shite and going backwards fast!

Last 6 games:
Wigan 0-1 Did not show up!
WBF 1-0 Lucky
Swansea 0-0. Barely showed up
Spurs 1-3. At least showed for 60 mins
Wigan 1-0 Only Tevez showed up.

Yes, we played great against United and Chelsea but add to the above abysmal performances against Southampton, Sunderland, QPR and as usual Everton away and Reading among others at home and it is tough to argue Mancini knew how to fix the problems.

it is pretty funny that...

Genius ex Player, transitions to successful manager with trophies to back it up finds it difficult to be interested in mediocre middle management meeting discussing mediocre solutions instead of just doing what he's asked them to do...

I wonder why...

Bobby comes from the old school of football management, he doesn't have time for trajectories, holistic approaches and cuddling middle management, and listening to ex-salesmen dictating player strategy. He is just single minded in delivering trophies which is did and he did at every other club he's been with. As for his abrasive approach and European failings, he will gain experience and learn from mistakes one day he'll become a force to be reckoned with in Europe.
The problem is he doesn't learn as he's been the same since he was a youngster. Souness said you couldn't tell him anything even at 17. He will continue to live by the sword and die by it.

His biggest failing was his deluded sense of entitlement, that the club owed him everything.

He continually overplayed his hand, and believed he was always doing Manchester City a favour.
This is so unpleasant and so ungracious it might almost have been written by Dave. Just put a little more balance into your posts and spare us the spleen. Perhaps you should reflect on the consequences of your tip off about Pelligrini not coming being right. Then we really will have a genuine meltdown for you to enjoy.

Very similar to his pet Mario.

Balti - the 'outers' have quickly & conveniently forgot about the trophies he delivered. They don't count.
