Put it like this, they were well below par today, nothing special all game.
But still more than good enough to make us look very poor. We are way behind them and not just because of how good they are, but also how very mediocre we are.
If an ex-rag manager cant get us up for a Derby, then something is very wrong.

He's absolutely right ...... they weren't that good!
Even rags in the pub were saying that it was far from their best performance ........ aside from a fortuitous first goal , and a decent second , plus the shot that hit the post , they created little until the very end when Tevez almost bashed his head on the post tryin' to score from close in!
City were far too content to play keep ball , somethin' that generally just sends our play backwards instead of forwards ....... aside from a couple of efforts we created nothing , yet we could have done with a little more go about us!

That's got little to do with anything ....... the rags have played excellently in several home games this season , of course they have , but a better side than us would have won there today ...... no doubt about it!

There are plenty of teams who have gone there this season and caused them big problems. It was the Manchester Derby, the one game where you have to expect your team to dig it in.
Their biggest problem today is that they now need to get a mouse-catcher in.
