And I'm quite happy with that, to be honest. Balotelli's injury is a worry, but it doesn't mean we should be out buying another striker.

We still need the players to get used to eachother and develop their understanding, and more faces will just confuse this process.

Some are still getting up to speed with the League - Boateng and Kolarov, for example - and we have Dzeko to get settled and used to the style of play over here.

We've got a fantastic squad - the best in my lifetime - and I'm extremely confident in where the players we have already can take us.

I feel that we will bring one more player in, a defender, though I wish it was 2 (another striker as well).

Bobby's clearly full of shit! Tolmie told us that we were negotiating for someone else (probably Kaka, if we're to logically follow the 'Jesus, this time it's for Real' clues). So don't give up hope guys!

Tolmie said we were "in discussions" with one more "top name" it doesnt mean he will come! Just he is of interest whether this is Kaka, Luiz or Pjanic who knows?

tolmie is a fuckin charlatan.....he doesn't give info he gives stupid videos and 321 style riddles and people on ere fuckin lap it up.......he knows nowt as if he did he'd come up with names rather than the cryptic shit.

But if SWP and Bridge leave we're down to a 23 man squad, plus Dzeko makes 24.

Surely we'll carry as many as we can, don't think there are any who missed out on the first squad that would come into it. RSC goes and I'd expect us to bring in a replacement, Adebayor likewise.

It might be harder for us to move players on for this reason, for everyone who leaves we really need to buy someone in, bring in someone who missed out on the original squad or go in short of the 25.

For that reason I'd expect further signings.
