I'll go with this - my point all along is that Evra has to shoulder a portion of the blame for this sorry episode - just as Camel Gobs baby brother has for the Terry incident (which I am very confident JT will be cleared of by the way)

why terry will get off? find complete footage of the incident - every one is concentrating on the part of the exchange which shows JT mouthing the words in question, you need to see what camel gobs brother said immediately before that which prompted JT's response

Conduct unbecoming or something like that. Clattenburg said that the yellow card was for time wasting despite play restarting 50 odd seconds after the goal. But that meant Ade could then be charged for a "different" offence.
