No idea, but for the club to have offered the 3000 standing sets to 1894 I’m guessing those will be similar to what they are paying in 115 whatever that is. Only basing that on ,it seems a bit silly if they are wanting 1894 up there but will then make them pay much more. Not impossible but fairly unlikely.

I think we need more detail around pricing and how many season cards will be available. Liverpools a bad example of what to do, they extended and made only 1,000 tickets available as season cards out of 7,000 or so. It’s completely killed the atmosphere.

I’m expecting it to be more than ss3, but cheaper than other areas.

I am commenting on their public statement. As I did on the club's.

My somewhat colourful language aside, there is a point for them to consider if they wish to, about the perception of it.

Fwiw, I filled in the questionnaire, I put money into their uefa banner, I loved their arsenal game banners. But I think they are way off here. As is their attitude.

1894 do my head in. They / he / she moan about everything and lost my support a while a go. They certainly don't represent me.

Completely disagree about ‘moaning about everything’. They are one of the only groups standing up for our fans.

They’ve protested and stood against ticket price rises, fans being forced out, cheaper away tickets and safe standing - I wouldn’t call that moaning. They represent huge numbers of our fans views.

This is only chance we have to get this stand right. Something that was never considered when we first moved to our current ground. The club should be challenged at times and we shouldn’t accept everything.

One thing that hasn’t really been mentioned is the what the price of tickets will be. We could build a yellow wall like dortmund, but if the tickets are expensive it wouldn’t matter.

Spurs built an amazing new south stand and the atmosphere is crap because they’ve priced out most of the core support. Hopefully the prices are reasonable

Indeed. Although they did say there will be further announcements to come, and we are a year away from the stand itself being finished.

My issue isn’t 1894 or their aims or ambition of what they’d like to see in the stand, nor what they do for match day atmosphere.
Where I take issue is this red lines nonsense and a refusal to compromise or consider the advantages of moving. Just seems stubborn and cutting of noses for no good reason which they may come to regret .

That's it. When the club have shown a shift and some level of compromise, with the door open to further movement as they move forward, for the 1984 to immediately issue that cliche riddled pile of crap with a clear implication of distrust, is just low, and massively undermines their own arguement.

It is an own goal, and looks like it is them that are unwilling to engage or listen, not the club. And I am seemingly not alone in losing sympathy for them.

The old saying 'the night brings good advice' is quite relevant here, they should have slept on it, taken their time, read the statement and responded like sensible adults imo. I don't buy that even their own members had the time to digest both statements, and the last paragraph is just pure indulgence.

I said it on here shortly after the club announcement, it puts it back onto the fans to not come off as unreasonable now. Whether they want to realise it or not, their own response turns the tables.

Load of bollocks. Sometimes detrimental change is implemented so slowly it is hardly noticed. The next thing you know the club is hardly recognisable from the one you know and love.

1894 are wise to it, they’re on the front foot to make things difficult for the club to implement their real strategy - making our ground increasingly corporate, making tickets unaffordable for the average fan, removing season tickets so more tickets can be sold for inflated prices with little or no regard of whose hands they fall into, trying to squeeze an extra few pounds out of disabled supporters. That’s not to mention the work they do supporting local food banks and taking a stand on wider issues like the ridiculous number of trips to Wembley and kick off times which impact all of us.

You should be grateful there is a group who is actually alert to what is really happening and is willing to speak up instead of rolling over and accepting the club executives true vision. If they weren’t making a noise about these issues I couldn’t see lackies like City Matters or the OSC making a peep about them, let alone making any real difference.

How are an extra 3000 safe standing seats with a possibility they can be increased if there is DEMAND,plus a ring fenced amount of tickets for U21 s, detrimental things,how are they more corporate.
Surely these are things to be worked with not worked against.
