You seem to have overlooked that great big black box next the hotel. It’s an indoor arena planning to hold around 150 sell out concerts every year. Maybe some concert goers might stay after gigs there rather than run the gauntlet of the Metrolink. Just a thought, doubt City will have spotted that potential. Pro-rata that.

As city or their owners are involved with the co-op arena you don’t think they spotted the potential for visitors stop overs ?? Really ??

Someone asked what revenue City might expect from the construction. I was suggesting a way you might estimate that.

Because of the angle of the end I think the end beam will be put on in at least 3 sections
