Because of the angle of the end I think the end beam will be put on in at least 3 sections

Co-op Live is next door but that doesn't mean the hotel will be profitable. There are rival hotels in the city centre one of which closed down recently (Renaissance hotel). Manchester City had a shop at the bottom of Market Street, a perfect location. It closed down.
