What sort of Test Events can we expect leading up to the January 2026 opening?
Presumably some of the Women's and Academy games will be played there with controlled numbers (as well as deliberately Empty Seats). Those are the sort of events Spurs and Everton held for their new stadia.

It'll be along the same as SSL3,
there will be some in house capacity testing with staff and then an open training / eds match at around 25-50% cap to test evac routes

Thanks very much for this JRB, I'm certainly one of the Rebar lovers having detailed all this for SISK, I very rarely get to see close up how the steel fixers cope with some of the complexities I envisage when I'm detailing the rebar, especially when we have irregular shaped slabs. You can see on some of the images the change in direction the slab takes and how my approach using cranked and splice bars lapping onto a varying length straight bar,using 2nd and 3rd layers to maintain a structural continuity, we have 20 and 25mm bars here, with larger integral transfer beams which has to fit, so basically it all has to be knitted together! Personally I think the fixers have done a fantastic job. I'd like to use some of these images on linkedin if thats ok?

It’s for access to the main compound isn’t it? While they’re still delivering and handling/raising large items. Will be connected once those large parts are all installed.

I'm thinking it is maybe used as an aid for the fixers to locate lap locations in the rebar and or other areas where a change in profile happens and general setting out of the Slab to locate the face of rebar where the shutters need to be.
The main roof slab here is being cast flat and the falls to the drainage points are being done separatley with a mesh reinforced screed, you can see the blue lines here are being used as an aid for the fixers to locate the crease lines. The hotel roof wasn't done this way and I'm assuming they decided this way for the CM building was easier to construct.

- It started development much later than the hotel side.
- They’re only just getting to the top and the joining only happens when the building is topped out.
- The gap is being used to store roof beams and cables.

There is a bridge from commercial building to the GA Level 2 concourse its only at this level and not like the hotel to stand reasons all the above and, at Sisk event, it was mentioned that the connection wouldn't be built until the roof has been tensioned

There’s a bridge but the rest of the building still joins up. It just means the bridge is the way of getting across from the building to the stadium and sits under the bulkier connection.

Yea Centurions has pointed this out before. The space above L3 is all just extended office space, but the only link through is the one on L3 you highlighted. The rest will attach and visuay link, but with no access one to the other.

In fairness, the same happens on the hotel, other than it is the 8th floor with the only link through, to the rooms overlooking the pitch.
