@bluem@n did this mock up ages ago.
Maybe someone could do a new mock up now the stand has been developed?

I'm very close just around the corner in 101 - I'll get some more close ups
Doing some research
Manchester City has 66 executive boxes
Spurs 80 + 8000 seats in H Club, Stratus, Tunnel Club
Arsenal has 146 executive boxes
Man Utd 140 executive boxes
Aston Villa 96 executive boxes
Liverpool 30 executive boxes
As you can see, we are behind a majority of the clubs.
If the club wanted to expand these kinds of facilities, maybe they should have done the East Stand or the Colin Bell and left the North Stand to be an atmospheric home end
If you look at the stadium above, every one of the clubs except Arsenal and Man City has a famous homeend
By expanding these stands instead of the North StandHow would they add more boxes to the CB or East stand?

Do they all have 400 room hotels?Doing some research

Designed by Populas as well, the Spurs stadium is the best in the UK
They have two lines of corporate sections on the East & West Stands, and they have a proper home end as well
Just look at the Spurs' layout, which we could have easily copied, and it works
What have we ended up you yourself said it was a Frankenstein stand, the New North Stand

A vast majority of the City wanted this at the end of their ground in the North Stand

You’ve not explained how’d they add more boxes. There’s literally no room for them unless they completely demolished the existing third tier and added another row on top of the existing ones - which would look absolutely shit.
You know what else would look shit? Expanded side stands with a tiny north stand.
Which would become visible on matchdays after 80 minutes.like at Bayern, there should a big city badge on the seats, would look epic!

I for one have no clue who you're replying to or what any of that means. It’s alright he told the Brazilian family wearing Arsenal tops on my stadium tour today if they had tickets for tomorrow. And said if you don’t just pop to the shop and give them a price because they’d be happy to fill seats rather than leave empty???
Also said new stand is soon coming so plenty of opportunity then. Lol.

They have to have a small number working on match day in case of anything happening with the stand this was especially true earlier on that’s according to Sisk when I asked at the open dayView attachment 1836802 cheeky workers watching the match
