Any noise is good noise so i think it’s a bit harsh for you to label some of the songs they sing as “pathetic”. Personally I don’t think the ten hag song about our irrelevant local rivals should be sung except on derby days but if it gets people making a noise in the ground then it’s serving a purpose

They have never and will never understand English football fan culture, they don’t want to, they have no interest in it. They want us to be a tourist attraction for wankers and only aren’t already fully like that because we have enough fans who stick up for themselves and each other and would moan enough that the press would hammer the club.
If we don’t stick up four ourselves and each other, Manchester City will not be a place worth visiting for any true football fan.
Whats English football fan culture? I just think the flex ticket whilst not great is also partly due to loads of season card holders over the years picking and choosing games they go to.
Until the exchange system came in the empty seats was worse than now
City saw this and came up with the flex idea
You pay extra for a guaranteed seat, the same seat but also choose when to go giving the club an opportunity to sell when you don’t.
It must be working as we can see less empty seats at games now
I know those of us of a certain age are lucky to have season cards but my youngest is 24 and has had one since he was 6, before we were as good as now.

The additional £150 is nothing more than another way the club has come up with to get more money out of the fans.
I’ve got a normal season ticket. If the club added an additional £150 on to my season ticket, as well as the extra £50 I’m paying for Platinum, my season ticket would cost over £1000.
Why should other City fans have to pay an extra £150 for a season ticket when I and 1000’s of other City fans with a normal season ticket don’t have to pay that?
The club is forcing City fans to pay an additional £150 for a FG season ticket because the club are no longer offering alternative season tickets for the fans to purchase. Either pay the extra £150 for the FG or you don’t get a season ticket.
As our generation was when we were the next generation!!!Of course they do, but it’s not exactly fair. It’s becoming people on ordinary incomes/ the next generation being completely frozen out from attending games regularly because of the cost.
