North Stand Expansion

The Co-Op far superior to anything going on at Spurs. More people will attend the opening gig at the Co-Op than will do a skywalk at Spurs in the next 5 years.

You choose to ignore what a game changer the arena is. EVERY club in the country would want it next door to their stadium as the benefits are endless.

It’s gonna be the catalyst for huge change - much more that just the hotel and new City Square. Skywalks and go carting are window dressing at Spurs.

500,000 punters at the Co Op in June alone is a different league.
Yep, I suspect that the hotel is going to be permanently sold out and the other hotel (or is it two?) won't be long in coming.

I think you're missing the entire point of the new development to be honest.

It's the beginnings of a new destination which will be made up of City Square, the Etihad and the arena. This combination is levels above what Spurs have in place and will bring in far more visitors on non-stadium use days.

The new City Square (with restaurants & bars) will be open every single night for guests of the arena and those working in the area meaning it will attract thousands and thousands of individuals on a weekly basis. The development also includes a hotel and offices ensuring hundreds of people on site throughout the day as well. That's before we even go into the area's own bars and club which will be available for visitors to the campus.

You're so wrapped up in other clubs and being negative that you're actually overlooking that our offering is actually going to be better, and that's before the other buildings start going up in the years to come.

Bluemoon Rising.
We had to walk before we could consider running in terms of developing City Square, and this sounds really exciting.

The club is in very safe hands.

I was looking at VIP access for the COOP events, just to see the prices. They are offering deals which include pre concert dining within the Etihad Stadium in the Corporate suites.

And that's just the start of things. People will rightly take issue, but the lower category games that are stuck on at 60 quid a ticket or re-sold by the club with hospitality, well how about a weekend deal including hotel, match ticket, hospitality and a VIP ticket to whatever gig is on? You'll get a number of people happy to wrap all of those things into their weekend and pay big money for it.

Might price out some of the old hard-core but the club will be raking it in with things like this. And this is just the start. The conference facility at the hotel will help turn the dial on the top hospitality offerings at the club as well. And a hotel on site will attract big businesses with big money to do corporate days. Hotel football and leaky roof or state of the art over at our place? We will be smashing the revenues.

Hopefully all coupled up with a genuine home end to ensure the traditional City fan is loving life as well.
