Rumours that Silva, Toure and Fernandinho have been rested and not travelled with the squad. Horsfield, Humphreys and Celina said to be their replacements.

If that's true, I suspect the team will be:

Though I suppose he could go with Iheanacho instead of Aguero and/or MD instead of Sagna in defence.

Nope - def. not being shown on any station stateside. Apparently there are virtually zero stations broadcasting the game from what I've heard on this forum other than Kosovo Sports 1 or something. However a few pages earlier in this thread, someone may have confirmed that it won't even be televised there. Not looking good...
