id take the draw now if i could but i think our first league defeat of the season is coming, 3-1 to the evil empire, baconface will have them up for this and want to put his noisey neighbours in their place, hate derby days!!!!

Because I'm not saying you bribe them I'm saying your manager is a master at applying pressure on them to give you the big decisions. You don't think he uses his influence?
And yes you are a good team, as the ECI rankings clearly show, but we are getting closer to you each season.

A trip to The Swamp coincides with a collapse of any confidence. However, there won't be many Rags thinking "City? Thank you for the three points." They'll be crappin' themselves at the quality of the squad we can field these days.

The quality of squad you can field is the same as anyone else who has sepnt £500million on players, its not an achievement and its not even seen as "arnt city great" give aston villa the same amount and im sure after 2 years they would have a good sqaud, in fact for the moeny you've spent you should have a lot better players IMO.
And nobody will be "fearing" city or any other team for that matter jsut as you lot dont fear united.

I think the rags will be crapping themselves much more than us this time.
They have soooooo much more to lose from this game.
They will be dreading the thought of us going 5 pts clear in the PL at this early stage and with the results we have had to date.
A draw would be good but have a feeling Mancini will see this as a real chance and go for it big time.

Hughes did waste an incredible amount of money, it is true.
I doubt Alex Mcleish could get in the calibre of players that Mancini has, nor would he know what to do with them. Its not just British players that are limited in ability, its the managers as well.
