Nottingham attack | Three people confirmed dead

These people need walking into a nice flower garden away from public view. Sat down and offered some nice tea laced with arsenic or something. That’s more humane. What I want to know is this. Out of all the terrorist attacks that involve a plan, a van, and a load of knives. Are all these guys on the same medication for the same style attacks.
This wasn’t a terrorist attack. He had no political nor religious motive.

The only medication is radicalisation and brainwashing, sad in this day they can’t think for themselves, a lot of people in prison should be in mental institutions.

They have no conscience and can’t differentiate between right and wrong, a blight on society and for some they’ll never integrate, I’d definitely give some of them a cup of your tea.

There was nothing Terrorist here. This guy had Schizophrenia. Most commonly resulting in paranoia, hallucinations and a lack of insite. Meaning they have no ability to identify that what they are seeing / hearing is real or not.

For all we know he thought he was fighting aliens/demons or some other monster and in a fight for his own life.

He killed a former criminal who had been imprisoned on drug charges, I’m guessing it’s more to do with that but we’ll see.

I didn’t say this particular guy was a terrorist , I think your last sentence is way too apologetic for someone who (like myself), you know fuck all about, you obviously didn’t know the victim was/is a criminal with a record of drug dealing.

I think you’re mixing this up with the Kingsway murder.

I think the correct sentence here was for this individual to be put into a secure hospital for treatment and if/when he is cured to the point where it is felt he can join normal society, he then starts a prison sentence which should mean him serving no less than the maximum sentence available for triple manslaughter.

Getting into deeper hypotheticals Im not even sure on this to be honest. when it comes to mental health I try to see it as if it was any other illness/health issue. if a driver has a stroke/heart attack while driving, should they get jailed if that incident causes a death? as this ( well Mental health cases ) are technically the same. someone having no real control over what they are doing due to an illness caused deaths.

In this guys case the Manslaughter tag could fit to be fair as he knowingly kept stopping his meds so at some point he knew he was going to degrade mentally by doing so. so while in a fit mental state due to meds knowingly took an action that lead to this.
