Notts County Away

how is playing Sunday and Tuesday fair in the name of competition? Not even all teams play Boxing Day and the 28th now, but now we must play ttwo away matches 48 hours apart? Absolute bollocks. It will result in us either using 22 different players and being knocked out of the Cup or inevitably lead to injuries. Disgusting by the FA.

Brum will be moved

Brum will be moved

skeptical because it's pretty short notice.

Tickets for the City game apparently selling extremely well down at their place this morning ........

looks like we'll be getting around 5,000.

You will be getting 5,000 give or take a few hundred but hopefully the full 5k.

I queued for 2 hours 20 minutes this morning to get my tickets and they're only on sale to season ticket holders at the minute.

Hey! We are very proud of our meccano haha! Its still among the best in League One, if it is just an ikea flatpack quick build deal.

It will be quite different from the last time you came, I believe you had the Kop stand previously if I remember rightly? That is now our main chanting stand which makes for a brilliant atmosphere as it has the best acoustics in the ground.

Its had a nice lick of paint and we have the Meadow Lane Sports Bar now too, which sadly is only availiable to the home fans, but is very nice indeed - another thing which we have our new owner to thank for, who has been a breath of fresh air after the Munto saga.

Considering it's 15 or 16 years since Meadow Lane was pretty much completely redeveloped, your ground still stands up pretty well today by the looks of it. Meccano/IKEA jokes aside, it actually makes for a very good atmosphere IIRC and I'm looking forward to going there again.

The result of this match is by no means a given and I'm expecting you to give us a good game.

have you had any definate confirmation of when the game is??

well i hope the brum game is moved but i can't see how that can happen one people have already bought tickets for the game and booked tickets on trains and coaches for that day even maybe hotels so that would be screwing them over badly

It's definitely Sunday, 2pm, it's on the FA site.

If Arsenal win their replay they'll have the same problem as they're due to play on the Sunday and Tuesday as well.
