Anyone that pissed off about the new "memberships" that they have contacted the club!?

sent a mail about the £50 to keep effectively keep loyalty points intact - though I can understand why they've done it, to issue press releases that say they've only increased prices by average 6% is very misleading. Most will go Platinum therefore incurring increases of up to 20%, and a junior ticket in the family stand effectively sees a rise of over 50%! ;-)

but I also said that the overall prices are still extremely competitive.

I sent an email last night and Danny Wilson rang me at work. If I buy gold for me and my lad it's a 20% increase on last season. He explained that part of the reason was the £50 discount I got last year when eviceted from the North Stand. Taking the discount, increase in VAT and inflation, it's a 10% increase (plus £100 to go platinum). I know times are hard but it seems petty to argue about ten percent three days after winning the FA Cup! However, these schemes are very well thought out - how many will be going platinum and committing to the Cup Schemes to in effect stand still in the pecking order because they believe we can win more trophies

does this mean they will be skipping the kids with adult loyalty points thing next year

wtf? why should a new membership member have to pay more than a current one?

fuck off City, fuck off.

Rewarding loyalty from pre-cup win.

Well done City, well done. Make the glory hunters pay more.

;)

I've a couple of questions about the "Superbia" option if you get the "invite" ?

Has anyone actually clarified that these are being offered on a loyalty points basis ? The whole by invitation thing is a bit cloak and dagger, they could easily be offering these to those in the posh seats that started 2 years ago, who could clearly afford it. I see a few with loyalty points have been offered the option, but is it solely based on loyalty ?

Does the £2500 upfront actually mean, you'll not pay for another ticket all season, I'm guessing so at that price, but if we get to a final, do you get a choice of where you sit, or do you have to sit with the corporates ?

I'm not likely to get an invite, and from what I've read, I'd tell them to shove it even if I was, I'm asking as I'm curious, and don't think its transparent enough, because if the posh seats get an invite and take up the option, and there are 2000 of these (just picked a number), then there will be very few tickets left for the rest for most away league games.

My mate has Exec seasoncards (£1200) and he's not been offered Superbia membership, so looks like it's a points only offer.

Thanks, that's good news (well not for him maybe).
They get all away tickets anyway and even the ticket office asking how many Take That tickets they want, will Superbia be offered concert tickets ?

If that's true then anyone offered Superbia, should just buy an Exec season ticket, and save themselves some money.
