Well its actually only his agent but the situation is getting out of hand and needs to be controlled by at least one of the clubs.

I believe El Mundo as they are actually closer to the Barca side than anybody else.

If its the case then we will have to pay his loyalty bonus to get him here.

Whats the point of a 2 year contract if we are offering say 5 years

after 2 years at barca he'll be a bit older and there won't be any club prepared to pay what we are willing to do

at least with us he's signing up for his golden retirement deal

Is this offer another face saving exercise from Barca for the fans

Why will ETOO sign for Barca when he obviously aint wanted - he will either see out his 1yr deal or come to us

Then he loses his loyality "bonus" and will stay for one more year, not sign the extension. And bag 20m signing on fee next year.
