You are absolutely right to state that. We have so much quality on the pitch. The quality we have is the envy of 14 of the Premier League clubs.
Sadly we do not have a manager worthy of providing what is most needed, viz:-
1. Tactical awareness
2. Inculcating the sides he picks with a sense of self-belief.
