You have to laugh at the self preservation tactics of some.
 
There's a touch of takeover evolution smile:calmness going on here. Hughes smile sometimes but never struck me as too confident. Mancini was confident and knew he was walking on eggshells as far as delivering results went. Pellegrini has smiled when he needs but never looked troubled. The latter two are engrained in City history and folklore. The former was too divided amongst fans. Our fourth manager in 8 years isn't so bad... we managed 4 from 1998 to 2008. Shame Pelle won't have stayed longer than Keegan though.
