Pathetic, same old shit. I have no idea how we can spend so much money on players but still suck so bad in the defence, or in general. So typical city, and very little have changed. Remember the good start we had with Barton and Reyna running the midfield? Was things really changing? Hell no. And they are not changing this time either.

Well, I'm guilty of that as well. In my deluded arrogance I too thought Fulham would be there for the taking, and at 2-0 up I thought I was right.

Lescott isn't good enough, very clumsy player.

I can see a pattern developing. This is it as I see it.

1) Hughes buys a good player. And he does.

2) New player plays well.

3) As time goes by player gets worse.

For me City this season have done well due to some outstanding individual performances. Bellamy´s and Adebayor´s goals. However as a team although we run harder than before we are less creative. Hence more strikers on the pitch but less goals.

And how long does Hughes need to sort out the defence?
