So no Robbie - you beleive the injury story or think we should drop him at home?

id never drop robinho, home or away, the match we played with robbie on the bench was lacking his skill, we do need him even though he does tend to disapear alot, but when he is playing it brings our game to the next level, and to go where we want to go, we need that.

and yes, i belive he's got a slight injury, the roumors that he isnt playing because barca want him are a load of bull, i think: a) we rejected their bids in the transfer window and b) were outside of the window now so he cant go anywere untill january, so we would continue to play him, anyway, im sure that adug wouldnt be happy if theyre star player was dropped for no reason.

also, he's been carying a slight injury for a while, like benjanis thigh injury, so it would be no suprise if he was rested if it got too bad.

i think this will be our first defeat of the season.i hate to think that but it will. i am going to the game and i think that we will be dissappointed in terms of city playing good football and winning. arsenal are a much better side than us and i think the score will be 1-2 to them. ade please score a hatrick

All depends on how fit Robbie is after returning from international duty, if he is in a good way then I would definitly play him as he seems to revel in these types of games. If not I would have no problems about replacing him with Bellamy.

What do you base that on mate ? I've seen him play 2 full games for us and he looked fine.Not great but ok.

He was poor for England and made several sloppy passes in the game at Pompey. He will come good but it may take him a few weeks.

He didn't do anything wrong for England. Slovenia's goal came from the right hand side, and it was Terry who went missing in the right sided centre-back position. Lescott had to go across to the near post. It was slack defending by Terry and Johnson, but Lescott was made to look culpable because he made an effort to cover his team mates errors.

I don't recall many Lescott passes going astray for City or England.

Ban is just for UEFA Euopean games

Rosicky, Fabregas and Arshavin all returned for their national sides.

But will they risk them against City when they have to play Champions League game next week?

That's in our favour. Too much to ask players to play 3 games in a week, so I think they will play 1 of Fabregas/Arshavin.

If Robi is back early from South America then maybe he will be available for this game. Maybe we'll be able to check a training report
