Playing like this is exactly why we couldn't beat Stoke. No answer to high intensity and pressing in our own half. We hit the panic button and hoof it as far as we can away from our goal and hope something happens. The only time we look dangerous is when we're on the break, but you're not going to get that against this Sunderland team now, they're going to dig in and try to see out the game and hope we make another cock-up so they can sneak 2-0 and sit 10 men behind the ball and clear our long-ball shite out all day.

i think you would have to be blind not to see that there is something wrong in the camp

the players have been rarely up for a game for ages
only scum at home have we put in a decent performance and the second half at chavski, other than that it has been half hearted dross

yes we have achieved 2 points per game, which is admirable, but the fight within the club has evaporated

without the fight within the premier league you are rich pickings for the likes of everton, hull, stoke, sunderland ....

That whole midfield has been shit all accross it. Meyler has bossed it and he is only a 20 year old. Barry fucking bobbins. Tevez needs better balls to run onto. I would put on Ireland straight away give him 45 mins from Central for Barry hasn't done it have De Jong sitting in front of the back 4 we need a goal and players to create Ireland on to try and swing the game our way.

Won't work because Ireland would play in front of De Jong and Nigel can't pass forward. Barry is a much better player NDJ just gets in the way!
