Can`t believe nobody is laying into Busquets, he was supposed to be the midfield screen.
What is he supposed to do? Stand on the goal waiting for Casillas to make mistakes?

Might have been an idea giving the way Casillas was playing...cracking game and a cracking WC so far.

I know I am going to get slaughtered but I honestly thought Wio was articulate, informed and engaging.

Holland proved today you don't need star names to make a great team, a lot of that team are very young and still play in the Eredivisie .

I hope Roy has realised what can happen when you put a load of fearless young lads together and let them help and be carried by the seniors.

Holland are the best team I have seen so far and unfortunately it looks like United have got themselves a decent manager.

Spain are going to do a France and Italy and not get out of the group.

Sorry but I think any decent team would have beaten Spain tonight, you are getting carried away with all the hype

I was being lambasted a little while ago for suggesting they would be knocked out in the quarterfinals. One of the few Spanish-Englishman on here and was being shouted down.

Now I look overly optimistic. Holland is not the world beater this made them out to be (and they were fouling heavily all match to set us off) but they were able to run through us with far too much ease.

So much wrong with that performance and Del Bosque's selection and tactics. And now he is going on about Silva's one-on-one miss being a crucial turning point. He is going to scapegoat one of the few players that had a decent match because Silva is an easy target and he doesn't want to admit he made poor choices.
