Every part of the business any business has a growth target on it,we have only been in the top of the prem for about 5 yrs due to the catching up we needed to do,we have 2 players playing and the 2 cb's looking like they will be next to join,a lot of kids go out on loan and it's a terrible experience and is not helpful in their developement,kane is an exception not the rule,in turn that doesn't get them into the first team,there are a mas of reasons so i find embarrassing laughableDon't force kids in to fulfill a target then, just don't set a target and fail it.

You said it's failed,show me which bit says your whole point is that it's more than the first 11?Genuinely asking, do you even read the post before responding? The whole point of what I said is that the academy is more than the first eleven.
Ah you mean the first 11 and i mean the first team squad,first 11 is stretching it in a team that rotates heavily

As you say, Terry probably accounts for much of theirs, let’s see how ours do.
Fairly certain we actually won the league in the 2011/2012 season and qualified for the champions league the year before that. Anyone can do a one off,to be part of the elite you have to do it year after year and that is more recently for usFairly certain we actually won the league in the 2011/2012 season and qualified for the champions league the year before that. Also it’s currently December 2019.
