In all seriousness, what did he do today which caused you to think he's quite good? Was it the passing it backwards? Or the giving the ball away? Or maybe the watching the ball go out rather than chasing after it? Seriously, he's miles worse than the rest of our side (Walker and Delph aside).

Absolutely not. He was fucking awful. We've not had a really decent left back in as long as I can remember. Mendy can't defend for toffee, but at least he offers something going forward, i.e. is 50% decent, unlike the rest who can't attach or defend.

It okay to have your opinion. It's something else whether it maps on to the fact or truth. He has been brilliant more often than not. At least 3 MOTM performances. Today was a poor day. But he was way better than Sane, David, and Laporte. The other 3 guys on the left side with him. But I'm sure if I check those threads, you wouldn't have been on any of them claiming they aren't good enough.
