Why does it feel like my club is being raped and pillaged

That only happens if a club is on its arse (say after being relegated and in a financial mess).

There is no way our club is being forced to sell any player. The management might decide it makes financial/footballing sense to sell a player but there is no way we do so under duress.

Zinchenko has been a quality player for us and played a great part in our success over the years. It will be a sad day if and when he does leave but in reality he isn’t up to the quality of left back that we need. If he does go hopefully we can invest in a natural quality left back.

I am not against either sale in principle, but assuming this goes through, it'll be very difficult to see Zin and Gabby in Arsenal kit next year.

Players come and go, it's always been that way. Pep is really freshening things up and rebuilding, which all great teams have to do. We are only ridding ourselves of players that want to move on and bringing in players that hopefully will be upgrades. We will be fine.

Quite gutted about this one, but it's more from the connection we've got with Zinny rather than his ability at left back, which has been very good for the most part as a back up, but often coupled with poor defending and lapses in concentration.

He was immense in the last game against villa, not just going forward, but that last ditch tackle too that really saved us.
Also, though I can't recall who it was against (maybe PSG last season), but it was champions league, where he defended like his life depended on it. An amazing performance.

And the other thing I'm gonna miss will be the pre match entertainment he's put on for the last season at least, usually against mahrez, but also others too.
Where they play a game of keepy ups 50m apart, which shows us how technically brilliant he really is.
Hope someone else takes that up as I really enjoy watching that
