Yes players come and go, we have to trust our management (who’ve not done too bad lately) and he may have asked to leave. However my reaction to this is one of disappointment. We’ve lost a good player and a great character which every successful team needs. Plus he’s going to play in front of some of the most self entitled babies in football.

Hope hes got a cracking contract at Arsenal and plays well for them despite being sorry to see him leave the move is the best for his personal development and gives him great opportunities under Arteta.

Great player, by all account a great person, Inam sure he will be missed but wish him all the best at Arsenal (though, not that he wins many trophies).
