It is. The scumbag who fired the shots should never see daylight again. Society needs to sort itself out. Harsh mandatory sentences for people carrying knives and guns. Even harsher ones for those using them.

Lawless bunch of feral cunts - in 24 hrs the wrong person - an innocent young woman - was shot dead and a mother was wounded and a 9 year old shot dead on the15th anniversary of the shooting of another kid - doncha love that Liverpudlian likeable cheekiness? Thinking what’s happening now is better than a legalised system shows how out of date some are.
It’s a real issue that as it stands will cause far more damage to society than trying to come up with different approaches.
Drugs are here to stay. That’s the long and short of it.

His mate would've had to have had some previous knowledge of the house/road. Especially as they were both approached by the gunman away from the property, in an alleyway.Interesting question unless he phoned them.
Who would have the presence of mind, in that situation, to clock the address/ house, pick up the car and return to rescue a mate in a hail of gunfire. ?

They're probably local i knew every shortcut and most of the families and where they lived in my area of Wythenshawe as a youngster. Like a few here I still think the police aren't divulging all the information.
