He is surely talented, but is he good enough to fill our ranks? If he is, you would expect with all Sheik Mansours' influence he'd be one of us already. I wonder ...

Thats something we would love to figure out.

I am surprised another European club hasn't taken a gamble and signed the player he looks a useful player. It would be very difficult for City to do that with work permit constraints but with Atletico Madrid signing one of City's ex Thai players then anything is possible.

Work permit shouldn't be an issue anymore. The UAE team jumped from 110 to 70 in fifa ranking, and they probably have improved even further in November. But honestly, I think he better move to on e of the mid-of-table teams. He will barely have any chance to play city, if ever.
