Having watched City for over 44 years I get a warm feeling that City will always be City - know its wrong as I queue for my tickets tonight at the portacabin missing kick off but somehow its reassuringly City.
This assumes that "Chief" can throw a water cooler through the window so I can make my escape and the game.

You think they would have acknowledged the problem and issued a statement saying if you show your platinum card then you can pick up a paper programme for free, they have had the money up front.
