Dear Supporter,

Thank you for your email to Supporter Services. Please find some answers to frequently asked questions below for a more speedy reply to our more regular queries.

Membership Delivery

We can now confirm that all Superbia, Platinum and Gold memberships for the 2011/12 Season have been dispatched by last post, Thursdsay 11th August.

Supporters can expect to have received their new packs by your postal delivery on Saturday 13th August. Supporters who have not received their packs by this time are asked to contact Supporter Services by phone only on 0161 444 1894 (option 1).

If you will be available to check your post on Monday, then we would ask you to wait until after this time before contacting us by phone.

Seasoncards 2011/12

Seasoncards are now on General Sale, to purchase please visit <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk</a>, visit our stadium ticket office or contact our sales team on 0161 444 1894 option 1. Please note supporters wishing to apply through Zebra Finance need to contact Supporter Services on 0161 444 1894 option 1 then 3.

Please be aware you may be asked to provide proof of age for concessionary prices.

Problems logging into your online account

You may need to update your details, if is no date of birth in your file, your email address is not registered with us or you have duplicate files set up then this may be causing the problem. Please contact Supporter Services on 0161 444 1894 option 1 then 3.

If you do not know your password please visit <a class="postlink" href="http://tickets.mcfc.co.uk/activ.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://tickets.mcfc.co.uk/activ.aspx</a> and complete the forgotten password field, don’t forget to make sure your email address is up to date with the club as we will need to email these details to you.

Amending your address

To amend your postal address please log into your online account, click my account then edit details.

well like i said i contacted them via fb and twitter and only got a reply at twitter saying @bzekosilva we'll be informing people how they can get the e0mag and e-programme very soon bear with us
 
On the homepage of the OS - click on the little "Sign In" link at the top right, where it says "My City" near the search box.

Shove your details in and you get a little account details page.

One of the options there is for the eMag and eProgram subscriptions.

Unfortunately the last one as of 16:30 was the last game of last season - well done!

Unfortunately they have spelt "Program" in American English (where Program is always used, rather than Programme - a Program to me is something I write in VB).

Unfortunately (again) try reading this on your smartphone on match day - unless they have improved the 3G signal (we'll find out tonight!) good luck with that one...

Can't decide whether to spend good money again just to have a paper copy...
 
I had a look and the latest programme is west ham may1 last season

was hoping they would automatically send file to email address and then i could read on phone

I'm getting the same thing. It'll be a bit of a bollocks if you can't download the programme.
 
Still nothing but one thing I'm hoping is that I can read it on my IPhone it can't be that difficult for them surely?
