Got to hold my hands up. I was all for Operation One End. However, after tonight I agree it hasn't worked. Thinking back to Poznan and Aris, if those fans were put in L3, we would have never experienced those nights and atmosphere it brought.
Not having a pop at BA or the lads originally behind the idea, I supported it as well, but it's time to contact the club and tell them to put the visiting away fans back in the South Stand.
We gave it a try, but it hasn't worked, Big thanks to all involved.

The SS may not have been great but where is DanBurge (1 member i have seen constantly attacking the SS atmosphere on this site) and the rest of the singing section? That corner was a load of shite tonight, ill probably get told half the regulars moved into the SS which is more shite but it proves that corner to be 1 thing. Not interested in City and only singing to away fans.

it was never going to work, not cos it wasnt a good idea, just cos the south stand is shit generally ( mainly the ones on the right side of the away fans) they stand there with there arms folded and just dont sing at all, maybe we should should get operation south stand trialled agian, but just for the fans in there already maybe they can actually sing for once.

Was initially behind the idea but get rid after tonight. The atmosphere was shit and the guy next to me was a dick. I started singing hark now hear only to be called shallow and a glory hunter! Apparently it shouldnt be sang because we arent playing united?!?!
He then accused everyone of finding their voices once we went 1-0 up. What the fuck do you expect once we score? To stay quiet? Plus thre were loads,of germans in SS2 as well!
