Well done mancini, any chance you had of winning the fans over has just gone in one second with this appointment. You can well and truely fuck off , counting the days untill you`re sacked now.

Counting the days till he's sacked which would mean we as a club will have had poor results? That's good of you. Was you saying this when we signed david silva with the help of mancini yesterday? Can't stand david platt he's a dickhead but comments like the above are well over the top

put it this way, for the club to do well we all have to be together, the fans ,the manager & the players. I wanted to like mancini & having a bond between the fans & the manager is important but now to me he`s just another manager.I can`t ever warm to him now,this is a devisive move. Its like having roy keane at city. Platt absolutely hates us & the feeling is mutual from me.

Platt is there because he know both Italian and English football... besides he is one of the few englishmen that ever have succeeded in a foreign country as footballer... that says something of his ability... he might be a twat as so many of you say... i dont watch english tv... being in sweden... so im not influenced in how he has been as a pundit... but for me Platt was a great footballer... as pundit and person he might have been the opposite... but he do know Mancini and the way he wants us to play football!!

Totally agree, what a bunch of sad bitter bastards crying cos he's a rag etc. None of you were crying when we signed Hughes as manager, or when we signed Tevez.

Platt was an excellent footballer with lots of experience and has managed in Italy & England, including 3 years as England Under 21 Manager. I think he will be an excellent coach and totally trust Mancini's judgement. And for those counting down the days Mancini gets sacked, that's probably worse thing to say about City than Platt ever said so you should be ashamed
