Osama Bin Laden is dead.

I love how everyone is actually taken in by this farce, the Bin Ladens and Bush family are so close it's untrue and now his role as the big bad terrorist has served its purpose Bin Laden will be back round visiting the Bush's like he did before. This has all been one big charade designed to keep those fuel prices up and losing a few plebeian lives means nothing to them in getting what they want, this world has some dark forces at work never forget that. Wake up everybody and stop believing the nonsense they brainwash you with on sky and BBC news.

Other than that - you may well disagree with what I'm saying - which is fair enough. I guess I was just talking about my own experience which is that his death has been nothing but the catalyst for a bunch of sometimes funny jokes (Lob Da Man in Sea made me chuckle)...no-one really cares or is getting particularly uptight or celebratory about it.

I went to the pub last night and saw a number of people I hadn't seen for a while. Every single one of them brought it up. Only in passing, but the absence of blood/bunting on the streets is not necessarily a barometer of people's total apathy.

Bringing something up, in passing, represents apathy on some level at least...wouldn't you say? To put it in context - I've had longer conversations about Kate and William getting married and about the AV than I have about Bin Laden...

It still feels like a total nonevent to me though, so of course I'm seeing it through that prism.

Well i dont know how many people know that the Bin Ladens are close allies with the Americans but that doesnt stop the family having a nutty son who used his trust fund to organise terrorist activities. The problem with you theorists is that you think you are so much smarter than everyone else because you read someone elses bullshit on the internet and pass it off as fact

Them pictures don't seem right. Not arguing they're fake but, The one of Bin Laden was supposed to have a whole in his head with reports that some of his skull was missing and "brain matter" was exposed.
 
You see there is no point in knocking, the red tops and sky news have already done their job with you guys.
