Otamendi transfer confirmed

Just got in from work, and I cn't be arsed trawling through 20-odd pages, so what I'm asking has probably already been answered. Therefore, my apologies. Anyway; does the fee quoted (£33m) include any allowance for the money still owed to us for Negredo? I would presume it doesn't, as it seems very high otherwise.

It's completely irrespective of Negredo. Oh, and also:
