Don't think it would. Demichelis would be happy to play as back up and rotate. Otamendi wouldn't.

I'm not sure you can have 3 centre halves who all expect a starting berth.. and keep hold of a really talented young prospect who'd want minutes too.

I think what we've got now is the perfect set up, and I'd be concerned about disrupting it.

If we should be prioritising anywhere it should be left back, IMO. Otamendi would be a needless expense.
