Otamendi

I personally think it means we are sorting a loan deal for Denayer. He wouldn't have signed to sit on the bench so I think we have given him a good contract so he can maybe go out on loan for a season or two playing weekly and still have a few years left when he comes back hopefully at the required level or when Demichelis leaves next season.

I'll say it one more time,it's one of the ferns will be offloaded, with DeMichelis going back to midfield as back up for Delph, in Vieira's old squad role as a cooler.

I think it'll be Fernando for obvious reasons, but dinho was linked with Valencia all summer which is a slight worry for me.

If there is to be a player swap then it would be Fernando (even though it would be harsh selling after one season and not giving him another stab).

You don't just let Fernando go there is nobody to replace him (theoretically-my mothers looking for a job)

Don't let 10 minute cameos fool you, MDM is not a midfielder.

No
Sky Italia reporting Otamendi has agreed to join #MCFC - €25m PLUS Mangala.

Assuming loan
t being funny but wtf are we playing at ? If that is true we are pulling our own pants down this time. We paid a shitload for Mangala just one season ago so it would be crazy to let him leave and pay and extra 27m E for another defender. Makes more sense if he's a replacement for Martin !

I'm brazilian, 20 years, fan of Atlético Mineiro in Brazil.

I can say that Otamendi is the best CB I've ever seen play.

A MONSTER!!!

Always room for another Argentine?

Wish Mangala wasn't going out on loan though he's looked a lot sharper since Jan.

Agree with you but haven't we just made a song and dance at the recent City live event confirming he is now part of the first team squad?

And?? do you really think just because someone had been confirmed as a first team players he can't leave?????

Or the most successful teams realize when they have made errors and react accordingly. Another year of last season's shaky fence means another season with no silverware. In 12 months not sure what he has shown other than he is a very expensive Dedrick

You need to forget the fee and look at the performances, cut our losses on this one

I don't think Mangala was an error and I don't think his performances last season warrant him being sold. I also think that well run teams know that players coming into a new league need time to adapt. Lets see how Mangala does this afternoon against the reigning champions.

City won't be that stupid to sell, even though I won't be a fan, a 1 year loan is more than sufficient
