Our glaring weakness at LB, will it be fixed?

Kolarov has been here for 5 years and never been able to cement the leftback position over a full season; he has spells of looking good but ultimately will rediscover his wooden legs again soon, and we will be back to square one.

The biggest error Mourinho made on Sunday was utilising Ramires to neutralise AK's attacking prowess; the only way to do that is to attack him. If he'd started Hazard wide right, it would have been a different story.

Both he and Clichy are 'ok', and unless we can identify a big upgrade, then we should persevere with what we have.

Scared of Sterling. Can't risk leaving him any space to run into.

Two good games against mediocre attacking opponents and five year's worth of intermittent dodgy defending is plastered over in the eyes of almost everyone here.

There's fickle and then there's this...

fickle (adjective)
UK US /ˈfɪk.l̩/
likely to change your opinion or your feelings suddenly and without a good reason:

I haven't changed my opinion or my feelings, dont know what you're on about really. 2 good games in 5 years? yet still in the team, 2 premier league titles, an FA cup and a league cup, up near the top in the number of assists last season, from a limited number of starts, not to mention weighing in with the odd goal. Not bad for a dodgy defender

So enlighten me, who should we be getting in to replace him?

Yes, that's the reasoning that led Hazard to switch over to Chelsea's right side while attacking and he still did nothing.

Kolarov on Squaka. Number 1 this season. Kolarov had 80per cent duels one. Last season down in the 40s but the season before that when we won the prem. he was in the 60 per cent of duels won.

Short of getting Alaba, Alba or Marcelo there's not another considerably better left back out there.
