Train operator TransPennine Express issues 'do not travel' alert

TransPennine Express has suffered problems for several months because of staffing issues. The company today said there was a high level of unplanned cancellations and disruption due to a "significant" issue with the rostering system.

I work at Hampton court and no trains for 3 weeks (last week, this and next). I asked why and the rail company replied due to overtime ban station not being served.
