A few have mentioned Zinch and Foden in MF. Not a bad idea, plenty of energy, but Xinch is on the way back from injury, so might be a bit too much for him.
Just a professional performance with solid defending. Make them chase the ball and they’ll get tired. The commentators will be waiting with crossed fingers for us to cock it up. Let’s give them FCUK all to criticise us for.

No injuries please.

Not sure you understand my point...

And this notion of working it out...We have worked the league out in 17/18 season and 18/19 but lost more points in the first 17 games in 19/20 than in the whole of 17/18 season and as many points as the entire last season. So, you never have a 100% winning formula, that's football. No need to get complacent, play a good team, win the game in the first 45-60 minutes and then give minutes to some youngsters.

Personally, I think Pep will start with Harwood and Garcia at CB and that's fine. Gundy was subbed against Arsenal and will probably play at DM.

Not sure referring to the Premier league when the thread is specifically about a cup tie and Oxford Utd., has any relevance ,you have misunderstood my point , we do not suffer giant killings (that's jinxed it !!) agree regarding Pep he will play a strong team with probably Foden and Garcia , and Aguero to get 15-20 minutes for preperation if the Leicester game

Four academy products playing and a further two on the bench for a quarter final.

Regardless of the opposition or competition, that's good to see.

Very happy with the line up bar Sterling. Does he really need to be playing tonight considering how visibly knackered he's looked recently?
