I'm a Roma Supporter so i can pretty much tell you what Osvaldo is about.
In the 2 Years he is at Roma he has had his Ups and Downs. If you only look at his football qualities he is very good Striker. He knows how to kick, head and pass the ball and on top of that is gifted with a good technique.
He can score some marvellous goals like this one:

The Thing about this lad is, he is 27 years old and is no better than Mario Balotelli. In my opinion his antics are even worse. In this two years he collected 3 red cards for Rome and one for Italy. In his last Game this season he was subbed, well, for not playing that good, he then insulted his coach, even on twitter.
This lad is a good Player if he wants to. He is pretty much comparable to Mario, though, his footballing skills are nowhere near.
