Really good yesterday. Loved how we continued to go for the jugular. Thought Silva and KDB were back to their absolute best. Onto Leicester!
Fat Sam was angry when the ref dared to award us a free kick
Sammy Lee made me laugh constantly jumping up and running to the touch line
To think there are some fans who genuinely think we should get rid of him this summer.
Well watching the game yesterday and more recent games the difference between Sane & Sterling seemed pretty obvious to me. Sterling predominantly on receiving the ball seems to want to knock it back 5 yards, OK if its a give & go but frequently just seems a give, whereas Sane wants to gather or win the ball then turn and attack defenders. If I was a full back I know which of the two I'd want to be up against. Sane is not afraid to use his pace and has greater control. Coaching and maturity should help him develop the end product. Sterling for me seems to have a lot less natural talent, just because he cost more does not automatically mean he's a world beater you know. I hope he develops but I'm not sure is all-so the likes of Blue insa can vent away because someone has the nerve to voice a different view...Can you elaborate?
Yep on another day Sane could of had a goal or 2 and a couple of assists but facts wise Sterling had the end product yesterday even though he is a player who can frustrate you with his indecisions next game could be Sane being the main end product player but thats wingers for you.
I think it's the other way around. he makes beating defenders look easy but he doesn't try it as much as Sane and Jesus.Well watching the game yesterday and more recent games the difference between Sane & Sterling seemed pretty obvious to me. Strong as well. Loved the bit in the second half when he shouldered the Palace player over and we got the throw in.I was impressed by Gabriel Jesus's calm hold up play and movement. He is a team player with mental and physical toughness and will grace the team for many years.
You underestimate him then, he might have been quiet in terms of touches of the ball, but his movement was fantastic, and it was key to us scoring 5 goals. He pulled their defenders out wide, and into midfield, and that was why we created so many chances, and far more on target than we have recently. He was also close to getting a couple for himself, and he gets stuck in, which is hard for a defender to deal with, there was one shoulder to shoulder where he took the defender out of the game for instance. And Jesus was also quiet after a very bright start.
Agreed, it was great to watch, and we could have scored more. I was surprised at the amount of time Palace allowed our midfielders though. Maybe they're thinking of their big game next week? Hopefully we will get the same performance against those fuckers Leicester.Yesterday was the polar opposite of what has been lacking from the first team all season. Goals scored from midfield, Problem resolved yesterday and the high scoring win was secured
Brilliant day yesterday
No Yaya does that, and gives Silva the space to feed the rest, its that partnership allied to good movement ahead of them, that makes us far better.Silva dictates possession.

Fat Sam and even fatter Sam what a comedy act lol! They must rehearse which one takes it in turns to run to the touchline and wobble in outraged indignation!

Don't remember Sammy Lee being that short when he was a player! Has he shrunk or does he look smaller Cos he's twice as wide as he used to be?
Either way I reckon technically he's a midget

Stats reckon 5'-7" but he must be that wide these days too lol!
