Pay to listen to Corbyn speak

Corbyn is nothing more than a Terrorist sympathising wanker and anyone who pays good money to listen to his crap need their head testing

No mate, equality of opportunity and if that means making things more accessible to under represented groups then I'm all for it and clearly you're not.
But not at the expense of everyone else. That's not equality. Equality is setting a price that's affordable for everyone. If the East Midlands lot think that 30 quid will see more BAME pop along then that price should be available to everyone. Equality. For all.

I do wish you'd stop stating things I haven't said Wolfie.

Equality of opportunity means changing the rules for some, as there are structural reasons why some groups are under represented, when you do this it will obviously be at the expense of those who might otherwise benefit, that's why, for example, there are women only short lists and the FA has adopted the Rooney Rule.

Again, if you fail to understand this it's because you don't want to, as it's a fairly easy concept to understand.

They would have to pay me to go and listen to any of them. All self interested greedy bastards, who have more in common with each other than they would ever have with me and millions like me. If they would like to hear what I think is £35.00 each and I don’t care what their racial heritage, religion, ethnicity ,physical/learning/sensory ability/disability economic situation, sexual orientation, or gender status is. I like many others would have plenty to say but politicians rarely listen..too busy talking.

What’s the difference between this and Tories paying tens of thousands of pounds to here Boris Johnson tell racist jokes or Teresa May regale them with tales from the wheat fields?

A none story ironically being highlighted by the Daily Heil.

How can it be equality of opportunity when one group has to pay more to attend than another? If they truly wanted it to equality of opportunity then the event would be free or minimal amount like £5 per head for everyone.

To me it seems more like a case of identity politics and an engineered equality of outcome.

He lost lots of support during Brexit. The left of the Labour Party have always been anti-EU.

There you go again Wolfie, putting words into my mouth.

I'm going to sort of agree with you here for a bit because yes, under our current society structure, a lot of groups are under represented which has led to women only lists and the Rooney Rule in football. You could argue that the best person for the job should get the job irrespective of their race, colour or creed and that these schemes are nothing but paying lip service to equality and what we should be targeting is the youth, to give them the skills to reach their goals, no matter who they are, but I am digressing here a bit Wolfie.

Where you are failing to open your eyes on this is issue is that equality for all shouldn't be at the expense of anyone else and so the easiest way to get more BAME into an event like this would have been to offer a lower price to everyone. That way EVERYONE has the opportunity to watch the twat live.

And what a wonderful world that would be Wolfie. Just imagine it. A full auditorium. Packed to the Gunnels. Waiting with baited breath. Suddenly the lights dim, is it him? Can it really be MR C in the flesh, Oh my days. Suddenly the lights illuminate the stage as JC strides out, waving and smiling at the ecstatic throng. After a few moments of adulation silence settles over the whole building, waiting as one, black, white, asian, different persuasions, all here for a common goal, to see JC orate to a mass crowd. He looks up, his shoulders, tense from the walk on, settle down and he begins.

10 minutes later, in a wet and windy East Midlands town, 400 people are streaming out of the building, wondering what all the fuss was about and proclaiming as one, who the fuck would pay more than a tenner to see that twat on stage.

What these people fail to grasp when they come out with crackpot ideas like this, is that they are presenting
black people as some kind of perpetual victims that need special status to protect them. It presupposes that they're
bound to be poorer, or on the fringes of society, and is incredibly patronising, a millionaire businessman who happens
to be black will be charged a tenner less, simply because some worthy lefties in worn out cardigans over a Che Guavara
vest have taken it upon themselves to restructure society.
