So we make signings ahead of the new appointment and thus fuel negative press arguments about the Mancini/ Pellegrini issue and undermine the new manager's influence before he even arrives?

Just seen a report on SSN by Gary Cotterill who was at the Barca Malaga game.
He commented how Pellegrini appeared agitated when his team were 3 down and how tired he was because he yawned on the plane on the way home, wow!
This after asking him six times when he would be coming to City at the press conference and through the airport lounge, all expertly and politely handled by Pellegrini.
