I'm wondering if we will announce the new manager at the same time as a shit load of players. Gives the press more to think about and they're less likely to start asking loaded questions and act the ****.
"Manuel, are you concerned that you have no influence in the clubs transfer policy. The pressure on you must be immense as the club owners have already signed 100 million pounds worth of players with a further 300 million to follow. Surely it's win the champions league or your sacked?

Ric said:I'm not really worried when the club choose to announce it. He's clearly coming, and whilst it's a bit odd there's been no formal announcement it doesn't really matter in the scheme of things.

If were are bringing the lot of them over with him, thats a load more contracts etc we've got to agree, not mention compensation for Malaga.
I notice Pellegrini has had the same assistant with him for many years, could it be with Malaga's financial plight they are thinking of promoting him in to the top job, as a cheap option?

an holistic one no? the staff of pellegrini is him and Cousillas, nothing else, he usually work with the goalkeeper trainer and physical trainers of the club. I think that only in argentina he worked with his own physical trainer
