1) Pep is a tactical genius - Pellers is not;
2) Pep takes no shit at all - and yet is in total command of squad loyalty - Pellers takes shit and completely lost the entire dressing room;
3) Pep is meticulous - Pellers is clueless - how in hell didn't he know about point difference v. Bayern in a competition which our owner cares most about?;
4) Pep takes no shit - and motivates players to succeed - he's never, ever lost the dressing room in any side he's managed; Pellers completely lost the entire squad in his second season (given that he was an interim manager some of that is understandable - but for the most part it speaks to total lack of motivational/diplomatic skill).
