Possibly, but think we'd have heard that from Pep if that was the case.

We haven't had a reliable pen taker since Yaya. He took 15 and scored 15. Of our current players Haaland is probably our best bet of scoring. Mahrez has previously took some bad pens but his recent takes have been good.

I never understand why they don't have these things sorted out before the game. There should be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd takers declared as part of the match preparation then its clear to everyone. At least then if anyone is upset about it, it's over and done with before kick-off, rather than during the game when the frustration can influence the players game!

Tyler saying give us a maximum of a month to prove our innocence. Does he fear the PL might unravel the longer it goes on? Let it take as long as it needs for us to clear our name "once & for all" & may a few heads roll in the process.

First of all he has misunderstood the process as it's not about City defending themselves. An independent commission will consider whether the premier leagues charges are proven, it's more akin to an arbitration process than a criminal trial.
Beyond that Neville questioned why we should have 1 month when the premier league have had 4 years, a length of time Neville said was ridiculous. Tyler countered this by saying we had dragged the process out by not cooperating (he stated that this wasn't speculative as it was in the premier leagues statement). But, the financial conduct charges end with season 2017/18 the cooperation charges cover seasons 2018/19 onwards!

We finally get a good penalty taker and up steps someone with a 50% record to take it instead. We don't do ourselves any favours do we. If Haaland is on the pitch, he takes the penalties. That should be a given.
